At Nido, personal and financial wellbeing go hand-in-hand.

Keeping employees and their families healthy and happy is essential to the smooth and successful running of the country. That’s why it’s our goal to help New Zealand stay physically and financially fit. It’s all about insuring employees then ensuring companies can give them the wellbeing support they need to succeed in and outside of the workplace.

How it works

We partner small and medium sized businesses across the country with anywhere from 2 to 250 employees. We get to know the business, its employees and their ambitions - focusing strongly on wellbeing.Working with employees and their families, we provide the cover need to get on and enjoy life, along with wellbeing inspiration to support this from gym memberships to yoga classes.

In most cases we can get pre-existing conditions covered for employees and families, something they typically can’t get when purchasing insurance directly.

The cost of group health insurance for companies is generally much lower than an employee would pay directly.

Nido Work and Play offers a new way to attract and retain great staff, with a rewarding option that appreciates and values employees.

We integrate seamlessly into existing corporate wellbeing and wellbeing programmes, partnering with HR leadership to support business activities and objectives.

We provide employees with insights and advice to assist them and their families in making smart financial decisions that improve overall financial wellbeing.
